Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a Request Before Confirmation

Any Hafilat card support inquiry submitted on taskeerpay.org can be cancelled or modified free of charge before our manager finalizes your request.

2. Incorrect Card Serial Number

If you typed an incorrect 16-digit Hafilat serial number, notify our Abu Dhabi desk immediately via phone (+971 2 644 8192) or email (support@taskeerpay.org) with your reference code so we can update the serial number prior to balance synchronization.

3. Refund Review Timeline

Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Once approved, funds are returned in AED within 5 to 7 business days.
